As a member of the 3rd-5th Grade Children's Room Team, you will be responsible for showing love and engaging with our guests in 3rd through 5th grade which may include any or all of the following: active play and participation with children through provided games, activities, and crafts; assisting with meal and gift distribution; supervision of bathroom breaks; and helping children model courteous behavior and good listening for the special guest. We also ask that at the end of the night, you help break down the resources and supplies from your room and organize them in a manner for the Tear-Down team to quickly load up the truck at the end of the night. Many hands make light work, so we don't anticipate this taking more than 15-30 minutes.

Each person in your household who would like to volunteer the night of the event in any role and who is 18 or older will need to complete the registration process. Children and youth attending with an adult can be included with an adult registration and designated if they will be a volunteer or a participant. Teens volunteering who are not accompanied by an adult must also complete a volunteer registration. Please note than any teens and youth planning to volunteer will be placed in a 5th grade childcare room or younger to do so.

Specific details about where and when to meet and other important information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive upon registering. With the exception of the set-up and tear-down teams, all serving areas require a background check be performed. The link to complete this will also be included in the confirmation email and can be accessed here.

Pizza and water or lemonade will be provided for all volunteers.

It takes nearly 400 volunteers to make this night possible, so THANK YOU for recognizing the value of this event and choosing to contribute! We appreciate you!
