Registration

  • If you would like to volunteer the night of the event, please select this option when registering.
  • To register as a volunteer and cover the cost of a volunteer background check, select this option.
  • To register as a volunteer, cover the cost of a volunteer background check, and provide a Christmas gift for one of the attending single moms, please select this option.
  • To register as a volunteer and become a Family Sponsor, providing the entirety of this event for one single mother and her children, select this option.


**If you would like to volunteer for the Single Moms Christmas Dinner, please use the ANY AREA registration selection and you will be assigned and notified of the area where you will serve very soon. Thank you!**

As a member of the 3rd & 4th Grade Children's Room Team, you will be responsible for showing love and engaging with our guests in 3rd and 4th grade which may include any or all of the following: active play and participation with children through provided games, activities, and crafts; assisting with meal and gift distribution; supervision of bathroom breaks; and helping children model courteous behavior and good listening for the special guest. We also ask that at the end of the night, you help break down items from your room to allow optimal efficiency for the Tear-Down Team to quickly load the truck. Many hands make light work, so we don't anticipate this taking more than 15-30 minutes.

Each person in your household who would like to volunteer the night of the event (regardless of age) will need to complete the registration process. Any youth desiring to volunteer may do so in a Children's Room (5th grade and younger) or as part of the set up or tear down teams. Children who need care while parent(s) serve may be included with an adult registration.

Specific details about where and when to meet and other important information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive upon registering. With the exception of the set-up team, all serving areas require a background check be performed on all individuals 18 and older. The link to complete this will also be included in the confirmation email.

Dinner will be provided for all volunteers.
