***The volunteer need for this area has been met. Please consider volunteering in an alternative role. Thank you!***
As a member of the Parking/Safety Team, you are the first impression the attending mothers and children will experience. You get to set the tone of the great care and love we have for them and their family. In this role, you will be responsible for directing the efficient use of the allotted parking as well as guiding the mothers and children toward a safe route to the event venue. When the dinner begins, you can come into the building until it's time to return to your post before the conclusion of the event, at which time you will assist families back to the parking area and ensure their safety as they exit.
Each person in your household who would like to volunteer the night of the event (regardless of age) will need to complete the registration process. Any youth desiring to volunteer may do so in a Children's Room (5th grade and younger) or as part of the set up or tear down teams.
Specific details about where and when to meet and other important information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive upon registering. With the exception of the set-up team, all serving areas require a background check be performed on all individuals 18 and older. The link to complete this will also be included in the confirmation email.
Dinner will be provided for all volunteers.
It takes nearly 400 volunteers to make this night possible, so THANK YOU for recognizing the value of this event and choosing to contribute! We appreciate you!
