This Break Time South will take place at the Pioneer Columbus Community Center in Des Moines. This free Single Parent Provision signature program is designed to provide single parents several hours of uninterrupted time to run errands, study, or simply have some down time. While parents are taking some intentional time to recharge, their children will enjoy a fun evening of activities, games, a meal, and crafts.

All of the extraordinary volunteers who make Break Time possible undergo background checks and are well equipped and enthusiastic about engaging with the children who attend. We are especially thankful for the heart of Journey Church to support single parent families by providing volunteers for Break Time South!
