The Single Moms Christmas Dinner is only possible because of the hearts and hands of many individuals working together to create a special night for the women and children who attend. If you'd like to be one of those individuals, please let us know by signing up to volunteer and indicating the ways in which you'd like to serve.
Each person in your household who would like to serve and is 18 or older will need to complete the registration process. Teens not accompanied by an adult must also complete a volunteer registration. Children and youth who will be accompanied by an adult can be included with an adult registration; during the sign up process you may designate if that child will be a volunteer or a participant. We ask that any teens and youth desiring to volunteer select one of the childcare rooms to serve in for the evening.
All volunteers will meet to review the evening's plans at 4pm the night of the event. (Some exceptions for specific serving areas apply.) Specific details about where and when to meet, attire, and other important information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive upon registering. All serving areas (with the exception of the set-up and tear-down teams) require a background check, and the link to complete this will also be included in the email or can be accessed here.
Pizza and water/lemonade will be provided for all volunteers.
