2023 Christmas Events Preparation Volunteer (Sept - Dec)

Our two biggest outreach events of the year happen at Christmas time and are only possible because of the hearts and hands of many individuals working together to create these memorable experiences for the thousands who will participate. THANK YOU FOR HELPING TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE!

Our 12th Annual Single Moms Christmas Dinner happens Saturday, December 9th, and our Family Gift Market happens Saturday, December 16th. To help with one or more of the many preparations that happen leading up to the events, please let us know by signing up to volunteer and indicating the areas in which you'd like to serve.

Preparation opportunities include:

• Event administration
  
• Gift wrapping, labeling, organizing
  
• Organize Blessing Bag packing parties
• Gift bag assembly
• Donate gift cards and other items to be gifted to the attending single moms
• Purchase $10-$15 children's gifts to be given to the attending children
• Sponsorship and donation asks
• Invitation phone calls

It takes hundreds of individuals, families, groups, churches, and businesses involved working together, so THANK YOU for being a blessing to the single parents and their families who participate. We appreciate you!
