Our Annual Campaign is in full swing! While we accept needed donations and financial gifts throughout the year, from April 5 to May 5, we concentrate our efforts to raise the funds needed to do what we do throughout the entire year. Single Dads, join us for a fun-filled afternoon at Principal Park on June 10th. Bring your kiddos, enjoy food, and hang out with other single dads in a private skybox suite as you watch the I-Cubs game. The game starts at 1:05pm.

Join us at the Iowa Events Center - Vets Auditorium. The event starts at 5:30, the doors open at 5pm. The event is free for single moms and their kids, but you need to register to attend. You can register online here. 

If you've got a couple of hours to spare between now and December 9th, we need help in our office as we kick into high gear in preparations for the Single Moms Christmas Dinner. 

• If you've got nimble fingers, we've got items to be gift wrapped.
• If you've got organizing skills, we have a few office projects that could use your help.
• If you can stuff, type, call, mail, or run errands we would love to have you join us!

The weather may still feel like summer, but October is right around the corner. We are well underway with our preparations for the 6th Annual Single Moms Christmas Dinner. 

This year, we are preparing for 550 single moms and 750 children!

WHO: Single mothers throughout Central Iowa.

WHAT: A special Christmas event honoring single mothers with a catered dinner, program, music, and gifts all free for single mothers and their children.

WHERE: Iowa Event Center in Downtown Des Moines

WHEN: Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00pm

Become a Table Sponsor

A $500 table sponsorship helps provide dinner, gift bags and the table gift for each mother at the sponsored table. 

Become a Children’s Room Sponsor

A $3000 Children’s Room Sponsor helps provide dinner, supplies, crafts, and gifts for the children in the sponsored room. 

Sponsors will be recognized for their contribution in the following ways:

•    Name/logo on the room display sign
•    Listed on the sponsorship thank you inserted in all gift bags
•    Name/logo on the scrolling presentation shown throughout the dinner

The Single Moms Christmas Dinner is only possible because of the hearts and hands of many individuals working together to create a special night for the women and children who attend.
